This product is designed to create a vertical pipe for lighting from any truss base plates you may already have or from any of our bases. Designed for 1.5" pipe, but will hold up to 2" OD round tube, this offers the flexibility to use many different diameters of pipe, tube, square, pvc, or whatever you application requires. Tubing is held into adapter with dual 1/2" bolts (offset to not damage threads on pipe) this offers a high level of redundancy against any possible slippage or wobble. All steel construction with heavy duty gussets ensure a rock solid load no matter what the orientation of device or direction of load. An additional hole allows a pin or bolt to be put all the way through adapter to lock a piece of pipe in place. The hole spacing on the bottom of the adapter matches that of standard plated 12" truss, this allows it to mount at the end of truss, on any standard truss base plate, or off of truss grapples. The center of the adapter is open which allows tubing to easily slide in and out for fine tuning length of pipe sticking out.
